Living Life With Joy!

The goal of Living Life With Joy! is to​ bring people together to provide mental, emotional, social and physical skills to assist them in healthier decision making and to reclaim radiant health & well-being.  Participants become more grounded, aware and balanced by learning to let go of the past, releasing what no longer serves them and planting seeds of new healthy habits.  Participants will learn how to break the cycle of negative behaviors and thoughts and build healthy relationships.

Living Life with Joy! promotes and encourage the development of a clear understanding mind, which reduces stress and anxiety, creates healthier choices and stimulates fresh perspectives and new possibilities.  The program teaches mind-changing techniques to promote strength, dignity, and clarity of purpose. 

Through self-study, the individuals will look at any beliefs, fears, reactions, and desires that limit them and prevent them from living fully, authentically and joyfully.  Through this introspective process, the individual will gain the courage, power, and creativity to touch move, act and inspire themselves and others.

Know Thyself

5:30 PM-6:30 PM   "Looking Within"

In the "Looking Within" segment, we visit the idea that while we think of ourselves as open-minded and balanced we are often seeing a situation through a filter and obscure by pre-existing notions and ideas-by our upbringing our values, our past experiences.  

In this session, we see those filters for what they are, influences that color our relationships with ourselves, people, God.  We will bring an awareness of these filters and how it limits and imposes on how we think, feel, believe and act.  When we bring awareness to the beliefs, conditioning stories that have been around us it can alter our life dramatically.  


Thinking and Feeling, and Feeling and Thinking

Just as thoughts are the language of the brain, feelings are the language of the body.  And how you think and how you feel create a state of being.  A state of being is when your mind and body are working together,  So your present state of being is your genuine mind-body connection.
